Time Frame for Return or Refund,
Acceptable Item Conditions and Type of Refund
If you have an item that you wish to return, please email us at inquiries@nobleleaftea.com within 30 days of receipt. Provide the original order number, the reason for your return and request to receive a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You MUST contact us prior to returning your product(s). WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.
We do not issue credit for items returned without an RMA number. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error.
To receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing once returned item is received. You also have the option to receive store credit, or exchange for another product.
Exclusions: Gift Cards and sale items are nonrefundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If the item(s) you receive are damaged or defective, please attach photos, include your order number, and send to inquiries@nobleleaftea.com.
- We will provide you with an RMA number along with a prepaid return label. Once received, we will evaluate and send you a replacement.
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing once returned item is received.
